This individual was difficult doing business with, however he disregards safety for his family and himself by not keeping his appointment. So I had to follow up on him taking care of his bill for additional repairs. Because that’s what good caring community members will do that live here. Originally the quote was for $2200 Dollars. If I could give half a star rating I would. I would never recommend anyone going to Dave’s Auto nor will I ever take my vehicles there again. I Needed front brakes bled, new Rear brakes on my truck and bled, new master cylinder put in and transmission cable looked at. I bought all the parts needed and had with truck when dropped off. All he needed to do was install. He charged me $1133 for maybe 4-5 hours of work. Tried getting my lugs off with a normal socket when lugs need a specific lug key pattern. Dave was helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable! I called from Seldovia, and he was extremely cooperative in agreeing to look my old truck over despite being very busy. He gave me honest and thorough advice before working on the vehicle, and although I decided to not put the work into my old truck, I would without a doubt go to Dave to get any work done on a vehicle!

I am beyond upset with them. if I could give a negative! my mother's spent a LOT of money on trying to get they're car fixed & as soon as they took it back it broke down!! IMMEDIATELY after.
