The overall customer service experience was extremely disappointing. I scheduled this appointment a week in advance with a confirmed arrival window of 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM. However, on the day of the appointment, the arrival window kept being pushed back—first to 1:30 PM, then to 2:00 PM, then to 2:30 PM, and finally to 3:00 PM. Dave and Suzi did an amazing job cleaning my carpets. Not only are they delightful people, they are professional and efficient. Scheduling was easy and their customer service was outstanding. They exceeded my expectations in every way. Will definitely call them again the next time I need their services. You won’t regret giving them a call.
New built house came without sealed floor grout. Dave and his wife came in and made it absolutely beautiful. Great customer service and communication, on time, great quality and very affordable. Made our new house newer and more beautiful Thank you so much and God Bless.
