He worked on my mom's car, took EVERYTHING outta it before she went got it back, and the plug n the trunk was not only removed, but the hole was made much bigger, and they'd been driving it everywhere under the guise of "TESTING" it, to the point of having a DONUT on it when she got it back, without even offering to replace the tire that they had messed up!!!
