Had a deer/pick up collision 16 days ago in SD. Raml says he can’t do anything. We don’t know where the truck is. Have not been able to retrieve any personal possessions. It’s the most ridiculous situation I’ve ever encountered with a large company.
I have been with State Farm for over 20 years. I only have good things to say about this agency. Never had a bad experience. They are busy but always make me feel like they have time for me. Very courteous people. Their office is new and very welcoming. I look forward to my annual account reviews because I get to see Dave and the rest of the staff.
