We could not have found anyone that could have been more helpful or patient in getting our property ready for sale. He helped find contractors and met them to access the property and then presented the bids to us. We live in Illinois and without Dave’s assistance, I don’t think we would have been able to do this. Definitely there would have been a lot more trips to Colorado and a lot of frustration. We can’t thank Dave enough for making this huge project simple and accomplished so quickly.
When helping me buy my house, Dave was professional, patient, compassionate, and very knowledgeable. He made the home buying process easy! He is also very knowledgeable about probates and can help a family through the process of selling a house after a loved one has passed away. He is kind and will not mislead you. I’d highly recommend Dave to first time home buyers and families dealing with a house that’s currently in probate.
Dave is always on the ball even though he has no business on a basketball court haha.Despite this he has hussle. He ran numerous open houses despite the down market. Highly recommend him to assist you in selling your home or buying. Thank you sir!
