Dave is a very responsive and patient agent who knows the Jefferson Park/Denver area very well. I was by no means an easy client asking annoying questions along the way as a first time home buyer. He used data (comps) to inform pricing and negations. He did not let the intermediation a low offer, compared to the ask, prevent us from submitting a fair market value offer to the seller. I just closed on my Dad’s house and Dave Quale was my realtor. Dave made a sad and very stressful time so much easier. He even made the process a little fun! He was amazing in keeping me updated on each step, and was extremely compassionate when I got overwhelmed. Dave was a great person to go through this process with. Dave helped me with an estate sale in Colorado while I was living in California. He was a Godsend! From the clearing out of the house, to the remodeling necessary, inspections and repairs needed, to the actual sale he took care of arranging it all. He kept in touch every step of the way, was readily available for a question or call, and even went out of his way to take care of little things himself (like changing locks).
