Quick in and out. Super friendly
I went in for a computer software update to address a Ford recall. Scheduling was easy and they were able to get me.in sooner than other dealers. I did have to come back a second time because they ran into a computer connection/upload issue. The second time back they had an unexpected delay because they needed remote support but ultimately were able to resolve the issue.
