Very smooth process, nice guy, and quick with getting there
My wife was recently working out of town in the Altoona area when the muffler fell off her car. I was over 2 hours away, so couldn't be much help. She called Peterman Towing. Not only did they get to her within 20 minutes, they took her the car to local garage Maine's Service Station and got her back on the road within 35 mins. She said the tow truck driver was nice, profrssional, and made her feel better about the whole situation. Great service, and it was under $100 for the tow!
Very prompt and reliable. Gave me a time frame and he was there when he said he would. Fair price!!!! I would most definitely use or recommend again!!
Highly recommend!!! I was in an accident, my car wouldve been totaled for sure. Air bags all deployed and front end completely smashed in. It took 5 days for my insurance company to get back to me about my claim and ended up not covering it because they found out i was working during the accident. Peterman was in contact with me during those 5 days and was very helpful.
