Was with this insurance for over 10 years then got into an accident someone else hit us and they were absolutely NO help. The office lady was no help we asked questions she would say i dont know. Was very unfriendly then asked questions a few months later about our bill and she was rude so we left and went with another agent whose staff is way nicer.
My experience was a good one. Had a nice phone visit and so far so good. Feels good to be back.
Always an easy informative phone call. Incredibly helpful staff. They don't seem concerned about taking as much of your money as possible. They seem genuinely dedicated to you succeeding with the service they provide.
