The company is responsive and communication was good. Their roofing specialists are probably capable of good roof repair and installation. However, their prices are extremely high, they suggest new roof replacement even if your roof is in good shape (like ours) and they also indicated repairs were needed where other roofers said it was fine. I moved from Kansas City to be near family. I purchased a home based on my sisters' recommendations, but knew there were "roof issues." My sister interviewed 4 companies, but when she met Dave Newell, she said, "I don't know what he will charge, but I think you need to use this guy." She was spot on. First of all a huge thank Dave Newell Roofing for the great job you did with our new roof. They returned calls/messages promptly and kept us updated. They did a fantastic job and completed the work exactly as promised. What was most important to us was the professional advice and guidance they provided. They cleaned up perfectly after the job was done. Our new roof looks fantastic! Highly recommended.
