I brought my car to Tom Barr to receive a quote for them to buy it. Tom tried convincing me that there was tons of hail damage on the hood and offered me $6,000 less than the Kelley blue book value. A week later I took it back to Honda for an oil change and asked the technician to see if there was any hail damage on the hood. He put a light on it and checked, and the technician said “nothing major by any means. I wouldn’t stress. It would maybe be a couple hundred dollars to fix it”. Do not buy a car from this place. Their prices are higher compared to other dealers, and even though they claim to certify their cars, less than a year later, when you try to sell it back, they point out issues everywhere and offer you the lowest price. Also, Josh, the dealer, stopped answering calls after the sale. They made a mistake with the registration, so I had to go back, but they didn’t even apologize.
