Great until you have a claim. Suddenly disappears and not interested in assisting. Too bad - Not like insurance agents of the past (and have been with State Farm for over 30 years, email me better options, if you have experience!)...here to suck you dry and nothing else. Funny, the office manager gave me some snark in the past - should've heeded that warning/experience!
Dave Moore and staff have always responded well when I am able to have direct contact with him, or his staff. They provide good service and they should, with the cost of auto insurance nowadays.
