Originally I gave this car insurance broker 5 stars but what a disappointment today. I feel like I was deceived by this broker. At first contact David Miller gave us a quote for car insurance at a very attractive rate a little over 1000 dollars for 6 months at PROGRESSIVE with good guarantees. We agree to sign this contract. And today, we received a letter from PROGRESSIVE informing us that our insurance premium is increased by 600 dollars for the same period.
