Dave was an invaluable resource throughout the home buying process, keeping in constant contact with all of the parties involved, and reassuring us when we would worry that something might not work out. He not only kept our wants in mind but also helped find houses to look at that we might not otherwise consider. In the end the process was very smooth, and we got a home we can really see ourselves in long term.

Dave is an incredible agent especially when it comes to clients who are investors. Being an investor himself, he knows the ins and outs from the very beginning when you’re figuring out exactly what it is you’re looking to buy to the glorious moment you pass papers and own a property!! His attention to detail and focus is second to none.
