Terrible!! Call any other State Farm rep in the area or switch to another insurance company. They never answer the phones or emails. They won’t return phone calls even after leaving multiple messages. They are incompetent and negligent in handling paperwork. DO NOT USE THEM!!
If I could give them no stars I would! Their customer service is the worst! I’ve been waiting on someone to call me back to let me know what’s going on with my policy for 5 weeks now which is absolutely ridiculous! I’ve called and left lots of messages I’ve texted lots of messages trying to get a call back and still nothing! So I called and put in a formal complaint with State Farm and also changed my agent! I’ve never had this issue with any other State Farm agent! So beware if you use this agents office!!!
