Customer services can be a struggle these days, so we GREATLY appreciated the timely responses and what I would consider going above and beyond to help us figure out financially what we needed to do to be able to make our home purchase work. Dave and his team were awesome to work with, we were treated well, and we understood everything and every step along the way.
Dave went above and beyond for us on a tight timeline. Being new to the mortgage world, Dave answered all our questions and always found us an answer. You will never wonder where you are at in the process because Dave utilizes all communication professionally whether it’s an email, text, or phone call. All our friends are jealous of how smoothly our closing went and we will definitely be returning.
Dave made false and untrustworthy statements about me to a mutual client of ours. Prior to confronting Dave, I’ve NEVER spoken with Dave, nor have I ever even heard of him. For this reason, I would NEVER recommend any client to work with Dave Kelly. He could be making false and untrustworthy statements about anyone else. I would NOT recommend working with Dave Kelly in any professional manner.

Dave at Fairway Mortgage has been great to work with. He was extremely responsive when we had questions and walked us through all aspects of the mortgage process.
