Dave helped me sell a condo in Palatine, with me living in Phoenix. He did an astonishing job. From a cold start he sold and CLOSED the deal for me in 45 days. A real go-getter who took care of all the many details. I inherited the condo in late October and got paid December 6th without lowering the asking price. Bravo to Dave and Mark Allen Realty.
