bought a used car from them & less than 3 weeks later, the shifter on the steering column broke; when test driving, we had asked about it being hard to shift & was told it had been checked out & "it's just that way"; anyway, $1300 later, we were offered no help when calling to investigate. we didn't ask for anything more than some information - was told, "we gave you everything we had when we sold it to you". shady if you ask me. of course you will have a positive car buying experience when you buy BRAND NEW... but not every... read more
