After using Dave Lange for pump out service a few times we called again for a clogged lateral drain line to a dry well. We had been satisfied with the response time and service before and assumed we would get the same again. They came promptly and attempted to clear the line, but after a half hour told me the line was clogged with roots and could not be opened and presented me a bill for the failed clean out, took my check and left.
