They didn't have my oil filter in stuck but went to local shop and picked one up. The guy at the register new his job well.

These guys are usually phenomenal. Very friendly! But I pull in at 11:53 today and was turned away. They said they use the last 10 minutes for cleaning. If that is the case, the website should say closes at 11:50 or if we deem your car too long of an oil change to finish right at noon. I would have got gas after. But I budgeted my time for noon closing. Frankly it's just rude business. Change your website guys. Noon means noon to customers. Disappointed and angry.
