Wells Fargo screwed up our mortgage, after being pre approved with a FICO score over 800 and 20% down payment, they tried to force us to go into federal loan program the week before closing. Not going to happen, Dave King to the rescue! he worked quickly and efficiently to get us the correct loan at a better rate even. Thanks Dave.
