I have worked out with Dave Jones for the past 7 years. Every workout is different. No boredom here. Dave knows how to motivate without being a nag. I love this place. No high pressure and the other people there are great too.

I enjoy the motivation Dave uses to get me going. Ive had Trainers on and off for 10 years and Im telling you, Dave is the absolute best.

I love working out here. No two workouts are the same. The small group sessions are ideal; I like that hours are flexible and work with my schedule.. I had two memberships at other gyms when I first started with Dave, and they were a complete waste of time and money. I have been at Dave Jones Fitness Studio now for 7 years and I am not going anywhere!

I started going to Dave's late 2009. I had been a member at other conventional gyms but wasted more money than I care to remember. I knew that I was looking better than I had in a long time, but didn't fully appreciate it until a recent family gathering where so many people complimented me on how well I looked. Dave Jones has gotten me into the BEST SHAPE OF MY LIFE. I wish I found him years ago. He has transformed my body and has gotten me to do things I never thought were possible. I worked out for decades (running, gym memberships, exercise videos, working out with other personal trainers) and regularly was disappointed in the results for the time and effort I put in.
