David and Jim just repaired my new pickup after a major accident. I was broadsided when another driver ran a stop sign. I cannot say enough about the efficiency, professionalism, and attention to detail they showed me during this repair. Extra effort to get new factory parts instead of used. Making sure everything was back to factory spec. Their experience in collision repair was invaluable.
I have been going there for years and consider them good friends, but the last 2 times I was there after waiting five weeks to get my car in for a minor job, and another 10 days to get my car back I was very disappointed. I don't think I will be going back any time soon. There're other places that want my business and my money. And I also noticed few weeks later that the color is off.
Recently got into an accident and was recommended this shop. Spoke to shop and requested before any work be done, that I be notified. Also, I was told it could be awhile since they were very busy. Fine. 7 weeks later, I get a call that they are all done. Okay fine. Pick up my vehicle and I notice 2 blemishes. Take it back to the shop. I am told the replacement piece had “rock chips” in it and since insurance doesn’t cover repair of replacement part (only blending), they just applied paint and slapped it on. Great place good price and incredible people works there doing a job well done.
I took my car to have a couple things done on it and the work and professionalism these guys show is second to none. I’ve been to other places for work and the honesty and quality of work they perform is well worth the time of going to them. The pricing is great and the work is beautiful especially if it needs blended. Highly recommended
