I have been going to Jelke’s for about 3 years now. Hands down the best shop around. They exceed expectations in the values that’s shops in this current day don’t honor. They are trusty worthy, have great communication, great customer service, they stand firm behind their work and most importantly, dependable. We were referred here and they were great. My car drives better then ever. Chris let us know exactly what was wrong and how much before starting. I am bery happy to now have an honest and dependable shop that I can take my cars.
My daughter’s car was running rough, but only occasionally. On one of its better days we dropped it to Dave’s; lots of recommendations from people as well as excellent Google reviews. He looked the car over and tried starting it several times but it was running smooth and no codes were showing. He said that it could be a number of things and he could have checked out all of the possibilities and spent a ton of hours looking. I was referred to Jelkes. After being told my car was going to cost $2,000 at the dealership, I called them. Staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Prices are extremely fair. I respect them for not taking advantage of me as I am a young woman who doesn’t know much about cars. I will be taking my car here from here on out. Thanks again jelkes!
