First meeting was great and indicated budget was tight but no problem. Second meeting we were told we needed another $40k atleast to build a very basic home with mother in law qtrs. Contract Architect(Herridge & assoc.) they recommended was non responsive and sat on our soil sample for 2 weeks after it had been received. 3 weeks later still had not received draft floor plan after told it would be received the following week from initial meeting with architect.
