We just closed on our new custom Hobba Built Home. This was our fourth new home we've built in our 32 years of marriage. I must say with no doubt that this was the best experience ever. The Hobba Team were amazing to work with!! One of the greatest attributes with this team is they listened to our needs, ideas and concerns. Then we were able to come up with a plan that worked for everyone. 5 Stars is not enough for Dave and Cheryl Hobba and the entire Hobba Team!! We love every aspect of our home!! 2000 to 2500 sqft for $400k to $500k. There homes are over priced. These houses aren't built in VA, MD, NJ, PA, NY and so on where the econonmy is booming and the area has plenty to offer. Even in those areas a buyer would get more sqft.
