We were one day away from hiring these folks dealing with Donna and the owner. We got an estimate and ask them to adjust the estimate based on the fact that we were going to do the removal of carpet ourselves, which we had professionally done as a part of the handyman cleanup phase before we went to do flooring. I'm attaching the highly unprofessional reply that we got.. this company is so Petty that they didn't want to adjust the numbers based on the fact we did the carpet removal ourselves. Herron Carpet one provided everything we need for the job. Great Customer service the installers Jerry for carpet and wood was excellent along with Houston who installed the tile and back splash. They all did excellent work with great customer service.
