Herron Carpet one provided everything we need for the job. Great Customer service the installers Jerry for carpet and wood was excellent along with Houston who installed the tile and back splash. They all did excellent work with great customer service.
Went in spoke to Tracy, he came out that evening to give me an estimate. He left saying he would send me the estimate the next day. It’s been about 4 months and I do not have an estimate. He will not return a phone call despite multiple promises both from him and the secretaries. It’s ridiculously unprofessional. Find someone who values your business.
