They didn't return my call after taking my information for a quote
Ive called this place approximately 4 times in the past 3 weeks..so far i have heard about the broken ankle and working from home and returning my call that way..then another call i heard about the broken ankle and working off her phone from a hospital bed. But didnt have enough info so shed have to call me back. Returned my call again and was basically told id have to deal with the car accident myself. Whats the point of having an agent?
