My family has been with State Farm for almost 10 years and the service from this agent has gotten worse every year. Dave is not accessible nor does he return our emails or phone calls. He doesn't keep his promises. We have had so many challenges getting our policies written correctly. Our premiums continue to go up. We just received a 15% increase this year and we have add no claims nor accidents in the last 5 years.
