Called Dave at 8:35 on a holiday Monday about my leaking water heater, and he arrived promptly — literally within 8 minutes. While he was there, I also asked about replacing my aging central air conditioner and furnace. He provided an unbeatable price, and I decided to move forward. We hired Dave Heating & Cooling to install appliances in our new build after seeing their website advertise “trained technicians,” “precision and speed,” and expertise in appliance installation. Our experience was the complete opposite. We hired them to install 2 dishwashers, 2 washer/dryer combos, a drawer microwave, double wall oven, and fridge. I have experienced the worst customer dealing with Dave. I do not recommend this. He wasted my time saying he will come to complete a task and did not arrive.
