Dave is amazing and his team is great with helping us understand every insurance policy nuance.
Dave Harden has been my agent since moving to Cumming, He has always been extremely helpful and understanding in very critical and emotional situations. Would highly recommend him to anyone that is interested in getting State Farm insurance.
Dave's office made mistakes on my homeowner's policy and transfer from out of state. They did not communicate properly after having done so. I am still not sure some things are corrected. State Farm is a wonderful company so I contacted State Farm corporate to be switched to another agent. Dave called to ask why. I stated the reasons above and Dave said, "I just want my customer's to be happy." and hung up on me. Yet another reason why I will be transferring to another office.
