Needed a watch resized, I was in and out within 10 minutes. Awesome service good people
They did an amazing job on my engagement ring and our wedding bands. They helped my vision for a custom wedding band come to life. They also continue to clean our rings for us and they always look great afterwards.
My fiance had my engagement ring custom made here! It’s a black diamond marquis with 2 white diamond side nuggets. It’s more perfect than I ever could have dreamed of. He had a great experience throughout the process, and we’d love to pursue custom bands here as well. Thank you all so much for the wonderful work you’ve done!
Have an old beat up necklace that’s been in my family for years but I wanted to hold on to it because it was passed down from my dad. Dave did everything he could to restore this necklace worked with me every step of the way piecing back together the broken parts to make it whole again. Will be with Dave Fagles for life from this experience. Couldn’t recommend more.
Been on the west side of Cincinnati since the original store was in Price Hill. This store is further down Harrison near the I 74/I-275 interchange. You get all of the service of a family owned business. Son’s cross had broken in the chain, then a week later, the loop. Not high value, but sentimental. Faigle’s repaired while I waited.
