Dave Erwin Construction and his team built our lake home on West Battle, taking possession in the spring of ’22. The house was designed with our retirement in mind and as a home to enjoy time with our children and grandchildren. I believe Dave’s motto (Distinctive Values / Distinctive Homes), is fully accurate.
