We have used Dave, Kate and his team a few times, and they have been a pleasure to work with. Their expertise helped us tremendously when selling our property, and we got much more than we could have expected! We will be using them for years to come and would recommend them to friends and family in a second! Keep up the good work team! They are very different than your average realtor :)
If I were to list my home for sale, I would definitely use Andrea and Katharine, because of their integrity and professionalism .I’ve known them for years as a client and followed them to Southebys, All I can say is Dave Dubin , should consider himself very luck to have such wonderful go getters as agents.
Kate was wonderful and really helped us out in our search for a rental apartment. She was attentive to our requirements and preferences. She was extremely helpful with booking viewings for us and scoping out more information on apartments when details weren't clear. We definitely would recommend her to anyone looking for an apartment, or looking for a real estate agent.
