Called on a boat listed with Yacht Access. The boat was listed as a freshwater boat. I ran a title search and learned that the boat had a hailing port in south Florida for most of it's life. When asking simple questions about the boat, during a phone call, the broker became very rude and hung up the phone. The broker used brochure photos, listed little information, listed false information and when questioned about specific information that was lacking in the listing, became rude and hung up the phone.
