I put my car in the shop at the start of January and didn't get it back until March. I got conflicting stories had to talk to the general manager, I was livid they just let it sit there. They also missed stuff 3 times requiring the auditor to come back out. They said they would fix the chipped paint on the doors from the accident and then they missed it so I have messed up doors.
