He was a no show! Called once, said he would call me back to let me know when he could stop by. I called again three weeks later.. Lady said he would call after 6 pm that night. He didn't call for four days. Then set up to come over next day at 1:00 pm as he said he was completely open. No show,no call.....no getting my business now!!
Dave showed up right on time and had a good discussion of what we're going to do
Dave is a nice person, but once he was paid in full he "forgot" to finish the project. I have a voice mail message with Dave admitting he forgot about this project. And his wife, who is in charge of the company customer service, is AWFUL. She is rude and unprofessional. And this project was for my elderly parents. Very, very disappointing. We hired someone else to complete the work and had to pay an additional $75.00. And when we asked for a refund for that amount they said no. Unbelievable.
