I bought a used 2014 used Toyota Tacoma about a month ago. It was a truck I had been looking for, so I'm happy to now own one. However, a few things I wish Dave Cross would have done better are the following: 1.) The headlights - having test drove during the day, I could not test the headlights. Service dept is poor, unfriendly staff. Most recent contact: question about brake issue. Brakes not stopping vehicle. I mentioned a recall for my make and model service said depends on VIN. An explanation on how recalls work would have been helpful without me asking for explanation. When asked if I need to make appointment to check brakes service said you can but likely operator error. I had a good experience here at Dave Cross. Adrain did a great job from communicating, to the sale and did all he could to get me the best deal. The only place a hiccup was with trade in on my truck the values. But I stood firm and eventually was met where I needed them to! So it worked out. George was amazing do a few things above and beyond as well to make sure that I get the best rate, without pulling my credit again. Even though I was already pre-approved. Overall everyone was professional and positive to work with.
