I just signed up through (almost a month ago) Dave Cosper using his agent Jessica Troxell and the process felt seamless until after I paid. I spent over 4 hours on the phone with multiple companies pricing the best options for me and felt I had selected the correct agency of which I also thought they were fully transparent. That was not the case. First I told Jessica Troxell I did not want to apply the safe driver discount and guess what, it was applied and i was stuck having to use it otherwise it increases the premium 10%.... read more

Not good. I took.my old.policy so the agent could see my coverages. She did what she wanted and did not tell Me your deductible is now 3,000. In 50 years of carrying insurance never has.this happened. Did not leave with.info would have to call where is.my policy. Then one day we sprung a leak called State Farm An d we were shocked. On the phone this. Claim specialist told me not to file . SHE WAS WRONG BECAUSE IT WAS.OVER 5,000.NEVER GO WITH STATE Farm. Always check because People do not care about you.
