22$ for the million dollar Rita and I didn’t even get the glitter bomb lol crazy price for a mid drink. As well as this mini espresso martini that was almost $12 and the bartender looked like she had little experience based on how she made it. Also maybe start adding your drink prices on the menu.
I recently visited Dave & Buster’s and overall the games and atmosphere were fun. Unfortunately, the experience was brought down by how a situation was handled by staff. My dad went to order a beer but didn’t have his ID on him, so they didn’t serve him, which I completely understand and respect. Later on, when I tried to order a drink for myself, the waitress was quite rude and assumed I might be trying to give it to him. Celebrated both my sons birthdays here and it was awesome everyone had a great time! Claire was a great host and we will definitely be back again! All the staff was awesome and very helpful with the kids they enjoyed themselves thoroughly!
I’m at Dave & Buster’s in Rosemont while chaperoning prom, and I just had to give a shoutout to Blake at the bar. My sister and I hung out in the bar area, and he took such great care of us. He was friendly, social, personable, and just awesome all around. It’s honestly so nice to still experience great service from someone who makes you feel welcomed and taken care of. Blake definitely deserves the kudos — thank you for being awesome and making our visit even better!
