I asked to reserve a table and I got attitude from the girl working the front. I had to repeat my phone number twice to her and I still had to go back and wait in line again to have her correct my phone number and she still got it wrong. I decided not to dine there. She had a Bob hair cut and was not good in customer service.
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent experience. I accidentally purchased one ticket instead of two. Upon arrival, I asked if I could purchase one additional ticket and was informed the event was sold out. As I chose not to attend the event without my wife, I immediately requested a refund for the unused ticket. This request was denied, despite the fact that I did not attend the event. It's Dave & Busters management is great, food is delicious and I enjoy the karaoke on Sunday nights. Unfortunately most of the wait staff that I have dealt with are not the nicest or you can tell they're being fake nice they seemed irritated like they don't want to be working. Also once I sit down at a table where a worker told me to sit I have waited up to 10 to 12 minutes first service that I had to get up and flag someone down. I'm fair I understand if it's busy but the times that I've gone it was not busy.
$16.99 for this salad that was horrible. Look at this lettuce. Will never be back to this location. All white romane lettuce looks like it could have come from McDonald's. I'm extremely disappointed in this location absolutely horrible. My daughter's chicken salad was just as bad. $44 for trash food. Could have been used at a restaurant.
Dani was very rude so was our server when eating out for my brother's birthday. Crappy service and rude servers literally you guys have the worst service ever. And the girl at the prize section with the long green acrylic nails was very rude. She looked me up and down when i was smiling and passing by and she should be fired. Please report and write a review for them if you experience anything similar.
