I had a great experience at Dave & Buster's! Our server Alex Hines was friendly, attentive, and made us feel welcome. Our food came quickly and was just as ordered. The atmosphere was lively, and the games were a blast. Great service all around—I’ll definitely be back!
Absolutely amazing service from Alex at Dave & Buster’s! From the moment we were seated, Alex was friendly, attentive, and genuinely made our experience better. He checked on us regularly without being overbearing, got our orders perfect, and had a great attitude the entire time. He even gave us awesome game recommendations which made the night even more fun. You can tell he enjoys what he does, and it shows. If you go to Dave & Buster’s, ask for Alex—you won’t be disappointed!
Food was served fairly fast but was not even warm so not sure what was up with that. Decent service and was clean. Alot of the games weren't working as well.
The spicy chicken sandwich and regular chicken sandwich are delicious! Marques was an amazing server! Nicole stopped by our table and was a delight! Games were fun as well!
I took my wife and our 7 children to this establishment on a Sunday at Five o’clock. The Rude and Obnoxious waiter that we were so fortunate to get said that they were out of Steaks and Ribs. The only appetizing items on the menu were the burgers and wings. I was ready to leave there even before we placed our orders, if it wasn’t for the kids wanting to stay and play games, I was ready to take my family to another family entertainment center.
