Games take credits but not working, food cane to us cold, had to go to the bar for refill after asking the waiter three times. Had to ask two different waiters for to go boxes after our waiter disappeared. Will not be coming back this facility.

We arrived at 9:55pm. It was not very busy and there were multiple servers, managers, etc. It took about 15 minutes to be sat and once we were taken to the table by the manager we waited another 35 minutes before a server even greeted us. We ordered drinks, appetizers and food when she first came to the table. We waited another hour and 15 minutes before we finally flagged down someone and asked for a manager. They did the bate and switch.. I ordered a double cheeseburger and got a single. I told the our server and then was told they were out of the double. Wasn't even gonna tell me. Still charged the same. And the burger was cold like it had been left out. I don't normally leave a bad review, but this is deserved.

Came to the party room with ~40 people on a Saturday evening 6pm. Gave us 1 server. Took 3 hours to get dinner and 1.5 rounds of drinks. We ordered Eat and Play so the kids could play in the arcade and their game cards didn’t arrive until 8pm.
