Going to the busy bartender to get help with cards or customer service is not a great idea. She wanted nothing to do with me, and had poor skills in this area. I get it. Bartending is her thing and she wants nothing to do with a mom and her kids. Yet, this place markets to families. It would be nice to have at least one Customer Service rep available for help, or the person in the prizes able to assist, but no, that's the bartenders job. ???
My son and I visited while in town for a men's conference at the Ark Encounter. We had fun playing games before eating. We got to try out their new game, The Arena, for free that they were promoting. This game entails dodging objects on a screen floor. It was really fun. The guy running it was very nice and informative about the game.
