Dave Burns is an Exceptional Probate Attorney. He won a complex case for my family a little over a year ago, after several months of dedicated litigation and prep. I wouldn't hire him for anything. We had 2 appointments and he didn't show for either one. That is rude. 2nd one he never even called. His lost. I will give someone else my money.
