Dave is an outstanding realtor. He put together a beautiful marketing package, organized marketing events to drive traffic to our place, and sold our home, in a slow market, quickly. What made him exceptional is that we had an issue with obtaining a final permit approval on renovations done a while ago. Dave introduced us to an exceedingly reliable and reasonable contractor and also made multiple visits to the permit department to move this along. I cannot recommend Dave highly enough!
