tl;dr Customer for life Dave and his team are fantastic. Their work is solid and they go above and beyond to help get things done and done right. The only time I've ever had even a minor issue, they've been on top of making things right. Dave and his team are sold, trustworthy, and dependable. An "Ataboy" for Garrett, who came out and fixed a bunch of small niggling problems (faulty switches, loose fuse, bad GFI) as well as hooking the generator up to the furnace so we wont freeze next time there's a power outage. Way to go, Garrett!
*Would highly recommend* Will definitely use them for future jobs when needed. We called Dave's and set up an appointment to have some old two prong outlets updated to 3 prong. Francesco and Tyler arrived on time and they both did a phenomenal job. On top of all the outlets that we needed updated they were also able to add two more outlets in the basement that we needed to have done.
I have had such good experiences with Dave Brooks Electric. I highly recommend them. Today there were two installers here to install a chandelier and I loved hearing the interaction between them. I don't know the situation but it sounded like a more experienced installer was helping a less experienced one as he was explaining things in great detail. "This is the how and this is the why" type thing. I loved this! They were both so polite and helpful. Thank you!
Dave Brooks, Jr. and Carter , his apprentice, fixed a wiring problem that literally only took an hour! They were thorough and swift with success. They were professional and personable. I will continue to utilize their services. I highly recommend them. 👍
