I needed an emergency plumber in the middle of the night for a backed up mainline. Gilbert showed up and was friendly and helped us tackle the situation. He’s a great plumber.

i requested a quote, they ask for a credit card to make the visit, just in case the work can be resolved at that point they say, quotes me 3 times what other companies, say no thank you... 3 weeks later get a charge on my credit card for the visit, i was not told upfront about the change and the best part is that first person i spoke to had no idea what i was talking about, second person claims that credit can be used for other services.

George was hard working and was professional while working. You could tell he was an honest person trying to do an honest job. His boss Miguel was out to make a buck. Miguel quoted astronomical prices for some of the work, example $23,000 to replace the sewer line. When I said no, the price quickly dropped to $18,000. There were other examples like this and some examples with fair prices.
