The workmanship was terrible, and the unprofessionalism and gaslighting was exhausting. Hiring this company was a very unpleasant experience.

Make yourself a favor DO NOT HIRE THIS GUY General Contractor Sun State Plans Do not waste your time, we have waiting for a process of variance for more than 3 months because this guy never uploaded what the county asked for, and the plans he made for us were wrong. Thank you Dave for make us waste our time and money with you.
Scam artist! Did not provide accurate plans. What a job!
DO NOT HIRE THIS GUY. DO NOT GIVE HIM A SINGLE CENT. SWINDLER. Dave came to our house within 2 hours of contacting him and this was at 5:00 p.m. We went through the items we wanted to remodel including the kitchen and two bathrooms. He waved his arms around describing what he envisioned for the project. There were no sketches or preliminary drawings of what we had discussed.
