I needed to upgrade to a 5th wheel Toy Hauler from a regular 5th wheel travel trailer. I knew exactly what I was looking for) Keystone Raptor 310-TS. Receptionist was very cordial and helpful upon our arrival at dealership. She determined our needs and directed us to the display ara we were interested in. She advised sales staff of our presence and requirements. Salesman (Dave Cox) approached us timely and answered our questions and identified stock that met our interest criteria. As you can tell from my rating, our experience was great. From the time I contacted Mike about a Class B motorhome listed on the Internet to driving out the lot with a new (to us) Roadtrek, everything was first class. Having driven 400 miles to a dealership we knew nothing about could have turned out badly. Top dealer in the area. We visited every dealer in the area, including surrounding states. Salesman Ed Cross was great -- answered all questions and did not pressure us. We did not really know what we were looking for as far as type and size -- Ed helped us zero in and make the perfect choice for us at a good price.
My wife and I purchased a Rockwood Roo 21SS Hybrid travel trailer from Dave Arbogast about 3 weeks ago and used it for the first time on the 4th of July weekend. Everything worked great on the trailer and the air conditioning was a hit with our group. We traveled with 5 other families and all were in aww of our new camper. I did a LOT of looking online at new Travel Trailers in Ohio. I narrowed my search down to two dealers. My husband and I spent all day going in and out of campers at one dealership and found one we liked. We then drove to Arbogast the next day to look at our other option and fell in love as soon as we stepped inside it.
