Our experience at Dave Arbogast -- where we found our Class B motorhome -- was excellent from start to finish! Lori, the salesperson, was so helpful with my many questions and concerns; the greeters and assistants also helpful; the walk-through by technical personnel was thorough; the financial part completely efficient. Not only was every single person there very professional, but also nice and helpful! A good experience!
We recently purchased a 2011 Springdale travel trailer. Our overall experience was wonderful. I inquired about a unit online and Dave Cox quickly contacted me to setup an appointment. This dealership has the best customer service of any dealership I have ever been to. I would highly recommend them! They had just finished their new service department - WOW! - when we were there browsing. We were greeted with a warm smile from the receptionist as soon as we walked into the showroom and she introduced us to Elliott, who was very friendly and knowledgeable. When we are ready to make ourpurchase, we will be back to Dave Arbogast RVs, no doubt about it!
The sales staff was very willing to take their time and explain everything to a first-time travel trailer buyer like myself. They make every step of the RV buying process enjoyable!
Just bought a new vehicle from Arbogast. I have to preface this that I hate car shopping and have been shopping for about a month. The Arbogast salesman, Steve Crank, made the whole experience painless. I arrived at 6:00 PM an hour before closing. After a short test drive they processed the paperwork and we were done by 7:00 PM. I had a 9 year old trade with 182,000 miles on it and it had a plethora of issues. They were very fair on my trade value.
I don't give 5 stars often but Arbogast deserves it.
At no point was I pressured for anything.
From the initial contact with Tyon in sales to the follow through from the Finance Manager to the walk through for over an hour to demonstrate and confirm 100% quality to the lady up from telling us good bye as we walked out with our new RV, 100% customer focus. Good not recommend any more strongly. Get your RV here!!
